The firm\u2019s platform is already being used by more than 1,000 companies including Toyota, Bosch, Lufthansa and many more. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also testament to the vision and commitment of Cognigy\u2019s team including co-founders <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/benjamin-mayr-660294a7\/\">Benjamin Mayr<\/a><\/b>, <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/heltewig\/\">Philipp Heltewig<\/a><\/b> and <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/saschapoggemann\/\">Sascha Poggemann<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Getting to this point has been no easy task. The technical underpinnings of a platform that allows companies to reach a very high level of automation of customer interaction, trains AI agents on the specific context and issues in play at each company, and to deliver these interactions across millions of conversations with zero latency, are enormously complex.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/guy-ward-thomas-a075a531\/\">Guy Ward Thomas<\/a><\/b>, <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/steven-schlenker-527a3\/\">Steve Schlenker<\/a><\/b> and many other DN team members have worked closely with the Cognigy team in the five years since our first investment, helping the firm grow, attract investment and resolve knotty challenges. <\/p>\n<p>In particular, the team spent a great deal of time in helping Cognigy expand from its home market in Germany to the US \u2013 something we place great emphasis on across our portfolio.
