DN Capital led GetAccept’s Series A in January 2019, now the company has raised a $20m B round led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
GetAccept is the leading sales enablement software for SMBs. The platform offers live chat, video, proposal design, document tracking and e-signatures to businesses close dealers faster.
The company is a Y-Combinator alumnus founded by Samir Smajic, Mathhias Thulin, Jonas Blanck and Carl Carell. The company has grown tremendously since DN first invested and now has customers across Europe and the US. Since the Series A, the company has added former Slack and Zendesk CMO Bill Macaitis to the board.

The new round will enable GetAccept to expand their US presence and double down on their product leadership.
