Biography

Gülsah Wilke is Partner & Head of German Office at DN Capital - one of Europe‘s most established VCs and the Co-Founder of 2hearts - Europe's largest platform for people with a migrant background from the tech scene. She is also a Goalkeeper of the Gates Foundation and a board member of the German Startup Association. Previously, she worked as COO at Ada Health, as an investor at Axel Springer, as a member of the supervisory board at StepStone, and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and IBM. She is passionate about supporting and investing in diverse (founding) teams and building leadership positions in the technology sector with her experience, capital and network. In 2023, Gülsah Wilke received the Impact Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the German Startup Association. Manager Magazine named her one of the most influential women in the German economy and Handelsblatt recognized her as “Role Model of the Year 2023”.
