Biography

Henry Siegel has extensive entrepreneurial experience.  He has been involved in early stage companies including Activision and October Films and multiple start-ups from investing in, running, growing and eventually selling a direct marketing agency (marke.com), to starting, growing and scaling an Internet financial services business (Validea.com), to his current position at Trivergance which is the largest and most successful independent sponsor in the United States, having deployed over $1.5 billion of third party capital.  At Trivergance, Henry is responsible for identifying, evaluating, buying and growing established businesses and early stage business.  Over the last 9 years, Trivergance has completed investments with enterprise values in excess of $3 billion  and has converted $15 million of equity into exit values over $425 million.  Henry is overseeing business development for Clarus Commerce, a loyalty technology company Trivergance recently acquired, and Ubicquia, an Industrial Internet of Things company and Trivergance portfolio company, which recently completed its Series A Round.  Outside of Trivergance, Henry is an investor in numerous start-ups including IRX Pharmaceuticals, Triller, and Crowdability.
