Biography

Michelle is the General Counsel of DN Capital and joined the firm in 2017. She was previously a corporate partner in the London office of Paul Hastings, and prior to that was a corporate partner at Kirkland & Ellis in London, in both cases advising U.S and European private equity clients on cross-border transactions. She has also acted as Legal Director of a complex international NGO.

She is admitted in New York, and holds a JD from Georgetown and a bachelor’s degree in history from St Mary’s College of Maryland.

She is also a Trustee at Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust.
