Biography
Thomas joined DN Capital in 2012 and made partner 5 years later. Prior to DN Capital, Thomas worked in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays Capital and began his venture capital career at DN where he started at the ground floor of the investment team and was the core junior member of the deal team that invested in Auto1 (FSE: AG1).
Thomas co-manages the software sector team and is focused on enterprise software investments at the Series A stage. His core investment thesis Enterprise 4.0, where no-code software development, applied artificial intelligence and machine learning are enabling software solutions that deliver disruptive level of automation and accuracy to the enterprise.
His has been personally involved in several of DN Capital’s IPOs and unicorn investments: Auto1, Hometogo (FSE: HTG), and Incode, the latter of which Thomas led the Series A and is the DN Capital board member.
His enterprise SaaS portfolio includes Incode, Leapwork, Scalehub, Hypatos, NoMagic and Aforza. Thomas is also involved in category defining SMB SaaS solutions such as GetAccept, Shiphawk, Zivver and Artur’In (Sold to PSG).
Separate from his SaaS portfolio, in addition to Auto1 and HometoGo, Thomas’s portfolio includes Yassir (one of the fastest growing company in the MENA region and recently raised $ 150 million growth round), and Thomas was a key team member on Quandoo (sold to Recruit).
